Recently we had a look at the books The Man Shake founder Adam ‘Mad Dog’ MacDougall had been enjoying recently. You can find the list here.

However, we know life can be busy, and if you’re finding that don’t have enough time to sit down and read, we thought we’d share some of Adam’s favourite podcasts.

The great thing about podcasts is that you can listen to them almost anywhere and at almost any time, for example, while you’re cooking a healthy meal, going for a walk in the sunshine, pumping some iron in the gym or doing some incidental exercise. How's that for multitasking?!

Nudge - Life Lessons from a World-Leading Neuroscientist

According to the host, he learned more about happiness in this 37-minute chat than he did in 30 years.

Adam says: "When are you happiest with your partner? Is social media good for you? What is the best way to enjoy food? This is such a fascinating podcast and easy to follow!"
