Ham & Tomato Scrambled Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Yolk
- 30ml Skim Milk
- 6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Spring Onion
- 3 Slices of Ham
- 2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast
- Pinch of salt, black pepper and chilli flakes
- Optional: 3 drops of hot sauce or BBQ sauce
Method
- Crack your eggs into a bowl, removing the yolk in all but one
- Whisk with a fork
- Chop the cherry tomatoes, spring onion and ham slices into small pieces
- Put your two pieces of wholemeal bread in the toaster
- Pour your egg whites and one yolk into a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, immediately after adding your cherry tomatoes, spring onion and ham slices
- Mix the ingredients using a wooden spoon whilst adding your skim milk slowly
- Continue to stir until the mixture scrambles
- Add the scrambled eggs onto your toast with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and the sauce as desired
