Ingredients
Donut Base
1 scoop The Man Shake (Vanilla or Chocolate would work best)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1 egg
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Topping
Melted dark chocolate (sugar-free option if preferred)
Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
Drizzle of caramel sauce (sugar-free option available)
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Sprinkles
Fresh berries (optional)
Method
1. Make the Dough: Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a donut pan or muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, whisk together The Man Shake, oat flour, almond milk, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
3. Fill each donut mold about 2/3 full.
4. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.
5. Time to Decorate!
Dip half of each doughnut into the melted dark chocolate.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, a drizzle of caramel, and your favourite sprinkles.
Optional: Top with a dollop of whipped cream (light version) and some fresh berries.
