Chicken Mince Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 500g x free-range chicken mince
- 3 x cloves of garlic
- ½ x onion
- 50g x Kikkoman thick teriyaki sauce
- 1 x teaspoon of honey soy sauce
- 2 x teaspoons of Sambal ABC
- 100g x cauliflower
- 100g x broccoli
- 100g x kailan (Chinese broccoli)
- 100g x jasmine rice.
- Optional: 1 medium soft-boiled egg
Method
- Prep your ingredients, dice onion, finely chop garlic, and cut broccoli and cauliflower into small heads
- Lightly spray a frying pan with oil or use a non-stick pan
- Fry onion and garlic, add free-range chicken mince when the onion is translucent
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add your teriyaki sauce, and add water to create more sauce if desired
- Remove the chicken from the pan, and in the same pan add several tablespoons of water
- Add broccoli, cauliflower, and kailan until vegetables are browning slightly and soft. Cook down and add honey soy and Sambal ABC. Add water if desired for sauce
- Serve on a bed of rice. Optionally, add a medium soft-boiled egg for added protein
