INGREDIENTS

- 425g can tuna
- 1 cup mashed spud lite potatoes
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or gluten-free flour
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Heat a non-stick frypan
- cook patties for approximately 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
