Ingredients

  • 200mL almond milk 
  • 200mL cold water
  • 1 x chocolate Sachet of Manshake / Ladyshake or 1 scoop from bag + 1 scoop chocolate super greens 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • Handful of spinach 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds 
  • 1 tbs peanut butter 
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder 
  • Handful of ice

Method

Watch video

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender & process for 2mins or so until super smooth.
  2. Drink straight away and enjoy!
