Get rid of that extra pudding with this tasty high protein and low sugar brekkie Recipe. Try all the different Man Shake flavours to change it up, such as strawberry, chocolate, banana or vanilla!
Serves 1 (double/triple quantities if making for more people)
- 2 scoops of The Man Shake or low sugar protein powder
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
- Handful of strawberries or frozen berries
- Place yoghurt in bowl and add Man Shake powder
- Add milk then mix up you achieve pudding like texture
- Add berries to top
- you can add water if required
