Before I started using The Man Shakes, I had high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I’m also a coeliac so I’m unable to consume gluten.
The turning point for me was one Friday night with friends. We were playing soccer and a friend jokingly asked me to pass him the ball, not the one we were playing with, but the one I had under my shirt. This was an alarm bell for me and made me realise I had to do something about it. I was 80kg, which for me was a lot.
I started walking every evening after dinner and I changed my eating habits. I had seen the Man Shakes on tv around that time, so I decided to give it a crack.
Thanks to The Man Shake, I lost 11kg and built muscle.
This was years ago, and I’ve consistently kept the weight off and built muscle since then. I now train 6 days a week, and my day usually starts with an hour in the gym before work.
When I get home I’ll have a Man Shake with the Choc Super Greens and two boiled eggs. For morning tea I might have another Man shake and mix it with yogurt and berries.
What would your advice be for other guys starting on The Man Shake?
Try it out. There are many flavours to choose from, it’s easy when you’re on the go with work. Most importantly, it works.
