Avocado is a great source of mono-unsaturated fats, which is ideal for blasting gut fat.

Sourdough releases energy much slower than white processed bread which will prevent that dreaded energy crash.

Serves 1


  • One avocado
  • Two slices of sourdough bread
  • Slices of tomato
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Feta cheese
  • Bacon (fat trimmed)


It’s pretty simple:

  1. toast the bread
  2. chuck on the avo and throw in whatever else takes your fancy.

Adam’s Tip: Eggs would make a great protein addition. Unfortunately Mick’s allergic, so he uses bacon instead. Just remember to trim the fat.
