Ingredients
- 500g lean beef sliced
- 1 large brown onion (thinnly chopped)
- 2 carrots (thinnly chopped)
- 1/2 red capsicum
- bunch of bok choy
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup salt reduced beef stock
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
- heat pan and spray with oil
- in pan cook beef strips, onion, garlic, carrot and capsicum
- when amost cooked add bok choy, beef stock, soy sauce and ginger
- stir and serve on plate
- sprinkle sesame seeds
Adam’s Tip: have it with 1/2 cup cooked rice per person
