Pork & satay veggies


  • 3 pork steaks (approx. 450g total)
  • 1 tablespoon satay sauce (I use the brand Yeos)
  • 1 packet superfood stirfry veggies or plain stirfry veggies
  • 1 handful mushrooms

If you want to use fresh veggies get:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 florets broccoli
  • 5 florets cauliflower
  • 1/4 red capsicum
  • 1/4 red cabbage or normal cabbage


  1. Heat frypan and spray with oil
  2. Cook pork steaks (approx. 5 mins each side) or till cooked all the way through
  3. While pork cooking, cut up veggies and put on another hot frypan with oil
  4. Cook veggies approx. 6 Mins or until soft
  5. In a small cup put satay sauce with 1/4 cup hot water and stir
  6. Add satay sauce to veggies and stir
  7. Put veggies on plate, pork on top and you’re ready to eat

Adam’s Tip: As this serves enough for 2, you’ll have leftovers for tomorrow!
