Don’t be fooled – commercial banana bread is actually cake. It’s packed full of the deadly double. This is the real deal, with a fraction of the sugar and fat but the same great taste, and no need to turn the oven on.
1/2 multigrain or wholemeal English muffin
1 tablespoon reduced-fat cottage cheese
1/2 small banana, sliced
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Toast the muffin until golden.
Spread with the cottage cheese, top with banana slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
