This is one of my favourite easy go to meals that my whole family will eat. We are all busy and lack time so this is all you need to do:

Ingredients

  • turkey rissoles (6 pack)
  • superfood stir-fry kit

Method

  1. Cook turkey rissoles in a hot pan.
  2. In another frypan cook your veggies and when nearly done add 1 teaspoon of Yeos satay sauce (you can use other sauce this is just my favourite)
  3. Add a tablespoon of water
  4. Add a handful of cashews if you want and stir and eat!

Quick, easy, and something your whole family will enjoy.
