Cauliflower Hot Wings
All the flavour of chicken wings but with a fraction of the fat and carbs. Whack them in an air fryer and they’ll be ready in 10 minutes.

Meat on a stick — is there anything better?! You can fire up the barbie for these, or cook them in a griddle pan on the stove. Either way, your mates will be raving about them.
Fish Tacos
If fish is more your vibe, you can’t go past these tasty tacos. They’re packed with lean protein, healthy fat and a chilli kick.
