Coffee Man Shake and Nespresso combo – thanks Matthew! 

2 x scoops of Coffee Man Shake  

Nespresso double shot  

350ml of cold water   

How-to: add to a shaker, and shake until smooth!  

This shake is approximately 215 calories and creates one large serving. 

 

 

Vanilla Man Shake with passionfruit – thanks Matt!  

2 x scoops of Vanilla Man Shake  

1 x tablespoon of Greek yoghurt  

350ml of coconut milk  

½ cup of frozen passionfruit  

How-to: Add to a Nutribullet or blender, and blend on high until smooth!  

This shake is approximately 385 calories and creates one large serving. 

 

 

Strawberry Man Shake and summer fruits – thanks Matthew! 

2 x scoops of Strawberry Man Shake  

1 x teaspoon of chia seeds 

500ml of cold water  

150 grams x of frozen Summer Fruits (alternatively, frozen mango, banana and berries) 

How-to: Add to a Nutribullet or blender, and blend on high until smooth!  

This shake is approximately 329 calories and creates one large serving.

Peanut-Butter-Choc-Crunch-Banana Man Shake – thanks Robert!  

1 x scoop of Peanut Butter Choc Crunch  

1 x scoop of Choc Banana  

350ml of cold water  

If no Peanut Butter Choc Crunch flavour, we recommend; 

 1 x scoop of Chocolate Man Shake 

1 x scoop of Choc Banana 

 1 tablespoon of Mayver’s crunchy peanut butter instead (87 calories) 

How-to: add to a shaker, and shake until smooth!  

This shake is approximately 209 calories and creates one large serving. 

 

TIP: If water isn’t for you, you can mix these delicious shakes with milk instead, just make sure to note the added calories of your milk of choice. To help work out the calories of your milk, here is a breakdown of the calories!  

Per 250ml serve: 

Full cream milk = 160 cals 

Lite milk = 115 cals 

Unsweetened almond milk = 42 cals 

Unsweetened coconut milk = 45 cals 

Unsweetened oat milk = 120 cals 

Soy milk = 55 cals
