Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra to decorate)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 scoops The Man Shake Vanilla
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
- Roll into balls and roll in the extra coconut.
